Shipping and Delivery Arrangement
Shipping Details
After we’ve confirmed your order, Shipping details will be delivered by email once your order is dispatched. Additional surcharge will be applied per shipment when the delivery destination location is in remote areas.
Order Processing
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. (Monday through Friday, except public holiday).
Affected by the COVID-19, the delivery time will be delayed from 1st March, 2022 (until further notice). Our logistics colleague will call / WhatsApp you to follow up your order. Thank you!
About Return and Exchange
Should you receive our products under the follow reason(s): (Photo proof required)
(a) Delivered Product contradicting to the original items purchased
(b) Purchased items(s) arrived in defective condition (e.g. has missing parts or Accessories...etc.)
(c) Purchased item damaged in transit
We will gladly accept your return / exchange of Defected merchandise (*free gifts must be returned with the merchandise) within 7 days from the date of receival of merchandise. The Merchandise MUST return in its original packaging with the original Receipt, Hangtags, Price tags, Attention Card still attached; that the merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the condition originally sold . Return Delivery cost will be bared by Customers.
